The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room cleaning service was great and very thorough. I liked how they folded my laundry.

I didn't like having to transfer elevators to get to my room.

The view is incredible, you won't regret staying here.

Loved everything! Location is 15 min walk from JR station, but otherwise it's great.

The location is amazing. The hotel is warm and cozy and over the period of four days I grew to like to more each day. Love it. I booked another hotel for the remainder of my stay since this was my first time in Tokyo and wanted to experience another area. But we were sad to leave .

This hotel was beautifully designed. A stunning atmosphere and interior architecture, every area of this hotel was a tranquil and peaceful vibe. The staff were very attentive, kind and helpful. Their email communication was amazing, detailed and within a short time frame. The location is the best in my opinion. With the entire building situation above the T market which is full of restaurants and bars, we could not have asked for a better area to stay in. Everything exceeded our Expectations

Amazing location, brand new building, right above a shopping and restaurant floors, and a metro station. Super close to Azabudai Hills which is great for coffee and dining. The room was clean, great design, well maintained. Nice lounge with drinks and snakes. Fantastic view of Tokyo Tower. Great breakfast. I will come back, but will book a bigger room.

The room was a bit small, the sink is in the room and not in the bathroom. But the hotel kindly offered to store our extra suitcases with them, so we had enough space to move around the room.

I enjoyed everything.

I loved the hotel’s location. Having direct access to the Hibiya Line right at the hotel entrance made a huge difference, and the connection to the shopping complex is a great bonus. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff are attentive and very helpful.

The only downside was the strong food smell in the lobby, which was sometimes unpleasant.

Loved the privacy of the property, the lounge and the breakfast!

The only thing I did not care for is the kitchen in the front entrance of the hotel.

The facilities were immaculate and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was quiet and out of the chaos of busy Tokyo center so very relaxing after long and busy days.

The Concierge tended to only recommending restaurants within the adjacent towers. We were hoping for a little more geographic diversity with regard to restaurant recommendations.

The hotel is so very well appointed - all of the decor, furniture, lights - ultra modern but approachable - I was impressed. It is located in a 'mall' but it was exceptional: extremely modern-cool decor, shops, restaurants, coffee places, pharmacy, art exhibits, even a train station! Walking around there was so enjoyable - it was so 'Tokyo' at its finest: highly modern but very Japanese - i.e. the harmonious decor, a 'security' robot (too cute!) and the many Japanese restaurants on offer. Outside there were ultra cool modern buildings - Minato City- and a small park, statues and then a shrine.. it was 'urban beauty' at its finest. The breakfast buffet and coffee were great too. Their bar/restaurant was nice. The staff were super friendly and very genuine. The room was ultra cool too and the shower head was large and super lovely after a long day of walking and sightseeing. Minato City is just far enough away from the hustle bustle of Shibuya and Shinjuku but not too far. Highly elegant place to stay.

Location near to metro

Do not have room service (food). Have beverages service but when I order beer, two cold two normal temperatures…. Not expecting it….

There was a-lot of attention to detail, from the hairdryer to the filtered water tap in the room. Every item in the room was well thought out. It was located on top of the MTR station.

There was not a lot to do around the property. However, this wasn’t a big deal as the hotel is on top of the MTR Station and so it was very convenient to travel to other parts of Tokyo. You had to leave the hotel to go to use some of their facilities.

Their kindness and attentiveness truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel has a big lounge where you can wait while your room is getting ready!The hotel's location is simply unbeatable. Situated right above the metro station, it provided us with easy access to all the city's attractions, making our exploration effortless and enjoyable. We loved being able to hop on the metro and get to our destinations quickly.As for the rooms, they were impressively spacious and well-appointed. The combination of large rooms, a friendly atmosphere, and a prime location made this hotel a perfect choice for our trip.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay, and I can't wait to return!

Superb

Most of the staff doesn’t speak English which is very strange for the hotel where you pay over 600€ per nightWe ordere room service and everything was served in plastic dishes …

The hotel is a brand new, very well designed. Although I am missing Japanese touches such as a small bathtub which I am used to, I had an excellent stay. Really like a short walk to Atago Jinja and even Imperial Palace. The shops and restaurants in the same building are also excellent and worth visiting.

If you expect a complete Japanese five star service then it is not there. Rooms are smaller than other hotels though extremely well designed. There are some construction going on around the hotel.
